COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

This text has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the relevant legislation. Within this framework, I hereby give my approval and explicit consent for Fine Otel Turizm İşletmecilik A.Ş. and all brands within its organization (Nickelodeon Play!, The Land of Legends, Rixos Hotels and other brands to be added in the future) to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications in accordance with the applicable legislation for the purposes of announcing general/special opportunities regarding the products and services they offer, conducting satisfaction surveys related to the services provided, informing me about current developments, sending celebratory messages, sharing contents such as presentations and newsletters, and carrying out promotions and advertisements; to collect and use my contact information, identity information and marketing information for these purposes, including the execution of goods/services sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes and the promotion of other brands affiliated with the Company; to send communications to me through my preferred channel; to inform me that I may change my communication preferences at any time or stop receiving communications without giving any reason by rejecting/using the opt-out method stated in the messages sent to me; to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications via SMS/text message, automated calls, phone calls, pop-ups, push notifications, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail and other electronic communication tools/channels; and to process my personal data for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages by Fine Otel Turizm İşletmecilik A.Ş. and its group companies, to process such data for cross-marketing activities relating to the Company’s other brands, and to transfer the information necessary for this process to its business partners and suppliers.
