Nickelodeon Play! Ticket Rules

GENERAL ADMISSION RULES

1-Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul wristbands are used for park entry and exit. A list of complimentary and paid services and attractions can be obtained at the ticket counters.

2-Wristbands are used only at turnstile entrances within Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul. Payments inside the park can be made in cash or by credit card.

3-Guests of Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul are required to carry a valid ID or passport. According to park regulations, guests who have not yet reached the age of 3 (0–2.99 years) are considered infants, and guests who have not yet reached the age of 12 (3–11.99 years) are considered children.
During wristband issuance, ID or passport must be presented at the ticket counter to verify the age of infants and children.

4-Wristbands must be kept intact and in their original condition. In case of loss or damage, please contact the Guest Relations Office. Staff may request identification and a matching signature when necessary. Please keep your wristband and invoice with you until the end of your visit. Legal action will be taken in cases of counterfeit wristbands or fraudulent use.

5-The operation of attractions within Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul may be affected by crowd levels and maintenance requirements. For information regarding temporarily closed attractions due to technical maintenance, please contact the Guest Relations Office.

6-Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul wristbands are valid for one (1) day within the park’s operating hours.

7-Wristbands are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

8-Accompanying adults are responsible for the guests under their supervision. Guests under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the park alone. The accompanying adult of a guest under 12 years of age must be at least 18 years old.

9-Entry with flammable, explosive, sharp or piercing objects, weapons, or other hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

10-Pets are not allowed inside Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul.

11-Objects that may pose a risk to guests or obstruct staff—such as frisbees, balls, or similar items—as well as equipment that may affect pedestrian traffic, including scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, and similar devices, are prohibited.

12-Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul Management or its authorized representatives reserve the right to deny entry to or remove guests from the park in cases of theft, aggressive behavior, violation of park rules, queue-jumping, or non-compliance with security regulations that may jeopardize the safety and comfort of others.

FOOD & BEVERAGE RULES

13-Bringing any type of food or beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, into Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul is prohibited.

DRESS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

14-Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

SAFETY & OPERATIONAL RULES

15-All attractions have specific restrictions related to health condition, weight, height, age, and accompanying requirements. Compliance with these restrictions is mandatory. Guests who do not comply accept full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

16-All photos, videos, and audio recordings taken by guests are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

17-For security purposes, the park is monitored by a camera surveillance system.

18-Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited throughout Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul, in accordance with Law No. 4207 and relevant legislation.

19-Pregnant guests, as well as individuals with heart conditions, blood pressure issues, physical disabilities, or open wounds, are not permitted to use the attractions. Any adverse consequences resulting from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the guest.

20-Guests must be in good health and free from potential medical risks. If you have any health concerns or chronic conditions, please seek medical advice prior to visiting. For guests with disabilities, please refer to our “Accessibility Policy” on our website or contact the Guest Relations Office.

21-Additional restrictions are displayed on attraction signage and enforced by staff. Guests must observe and comply with all such restrictions.

22-All attractions involve an inherent level of risk. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept the natural risks associated with amusement attractions. Guests are expected to exercise sound judgment, follow posted warnings and restrictions, and comply with verbal instructions given by staff.

23-Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul has taken all necessary measures to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. Guests must comply with all warning signs and staff instructions. Nevertheless, Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul shall not be held liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings, deaths, personal injuries, or damages resulting from guest negligence or failure to comply with park rules (including, but not limited to, cases involving park negligence), except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws. This limitation of liability also extends to park owners and all staff members.

24-Opening and closing times of attractions within Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul may vary depending on operational conditions and crowd levels.

25-Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

26-Guests with disabilities must enter the park accompanied by a companion who is at least 18 years old.

27-Guests with disabilities and their companions must fully observe the boarding and disembarking process to assess suitability and strictly comply with all safety signage and instructions. In case of any doubt, attractions should not be used. Staff cannot determine suitability on behalf of guests but may visually assess compliance with stated restrictions.

28-For any questions regarding attractions, guests are encouraged to contact the Guest Relations Office before entering the queue.

29-Companions assume full responsibility for assessing the physical condition of the guest they are accompanying, the attraction structure, and all inherent risks associated with participation.

30-In situations where companions need assistance with seating or exiting, staff may provide support; however, staff are not permitted to lift guests, as they are not trained in disability-specific lifting techniques.

31-Park staff may prohibit attraction use if a clear health or safety risk is identified for a guest with a disability.
