Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDP Law No. 6698”), your personal data, namely your identity, contact details and transaction security data, are collected from you or third parties automatically through the transfer of written data in an electronic environment and are processed by Fine Otel Turizm İşletmecilik A.Ş. 4. Application Procedures and Principles
As the data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 to the Company through the methods listed below, by completing the Data Subject Application Form, which you may obtain from our website, and submitting your application in accordance with the minimum requirements set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. The Company will conclude your application free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Company will charge the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
